Job summary

Moving Heads Personnel is looking for Freelance Recruitment Consultants to work from home or from our South Africa office. You will apply your 5+ years in agency recruitment to source candidates for actuarial, IT and other scarce skills in the financial services sector.

This engagement offers a 50/50 commission split; you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with clients while delivering top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in full recruitment function at agency level.

5 years experience in a recruitment agency, preferably in the insurance sector dealing with actuarial and other scarce skills positions.

Self-driven, can work independently, and motivated.

Package & Remuneration
