Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking a warehouse receiving clerk in Rustenburg to ensure accurate intake of goods, verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes, and maintain a clean, compliant receiving area.

You will label and allocate stock to correct locations, capture received stock in the warehouse management system, report damaged or incorrect items, assist with counts, and liaise with suppliers, transporters and internal departments to keep deliveries on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving goods and checking against POs and delivery notes.
• Attention to detail to identify discrepancies and damages.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
• Capture received stock accurately on the warehouse management system
• Label and allocate stock to the correct storage locations
• Report damaged or incorrect stock to management
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation and filing
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control
• Ensure the receiving area is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries
• Follow company policies and warehouse procedures
