Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Valuations Analyst to join their Centurion team. You will assess market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, conduct inspections, research comparables, and prepare valuation reports to support lending and investment decisions.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics, at least 3 years' valuation experience, and strong data interpretation skills.
Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in real estate valuation or appraisal.
- Strong understanding of valuation principles and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of properties to assess condition and value.
- Research and analyze comparable property sales, market trends, and economic factors.
- Prepare detailed property valuation reports in line with standards and client needs.
- Utilize sales comparison, cost, and income approaches for valuations.
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders to clarify details and assumptions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of data, comparables, and methodologies.
