Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Real Estate Valuer to join our client’s firm in Rustenburg. The role focuses on delivering accurate, defendable property valuations for financial institutions, legal firms, and private investors, with site inspections and market analysis shaping final reports.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of valuation experience, be certified or registered, and possess strong analytical, report-writing, and client-facing skills while staying

Qualifications

• Certified or registered Property Valuer with relevant professional bodies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation.
• Strong knowledge of valuation principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with the Rustenburg and North West market.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in and around Rustenburg.
• Research and analyze local market conditions, comparable sales, and economic factors influencing property values.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to explain findings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of valuation methodologies, industry standards, and relevant legislation.
