Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Valuations Analyst to join their Centurion team. You will assess market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, conduct inspections, research comparables, and prepare valuation reports to support lending and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics, at least 3 years' valuation experience, and strong data interpretation skills.
