Placements24 is recruiting a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our client in Mahikeng, North West. You will manage the full sales process from lead generation and client engagement to property presentations and deal closures, with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Candidates should have sales experience, a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, and a drive to exceed targets. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and local market knowledge will help you build lasting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is required.
• Knowledge of the Mahikeng property market is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for buyers and sellers.
