Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams in a virtual environment.

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a visionary and experienced Real Estate Developer to spearhead projects in the rapidly growing Richards Bay area, operating within a fully remote capacity. This role encompasses the entire development lifecycle, from identifying promising land opportunities and securing financing to managing construction and overseeing sales or leasing. You will be pivotal in conceptualizing and executing diverse property development projects, ensuring they align with market demands and our client's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites, assessing feasibility, zoning, and market potential in the Richards Bay region.

Requirements
