Accounts Payable QuickBooks Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable QuickBooks Bookkeeping Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling accounts payable, invoices (10 entities), full approval process and entering invoices, along with expertise in using QuickBooks. Experienced in the Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable:
    1. Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
    2. Verify and reconcile vendor statements, addressing discrepancies as needed.
    3. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
    4. Monitor and manage vendor relationships, resolving payment-related inquiries.
  • Bookkeeping:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
    2. Record all financial transactions, including expenses, income, and payroll.
    3. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
    4. Generate financial reports for management review.
