Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Paralegal with strong administrative, legal research, and document management skills?

Experienced in supporting attorneys with case preparation, legal correspondence, court filings, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Adept at managing diaries, drafting legal documents, and liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.

Requirements :
  • Matric / Grade
  • Years legal experience (litigation & RAF claims essentials)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English (spoken & written)
  • Computer literate (MS Office; Court Online; Caseline)
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Professional, reliable with a stable work history
Duties include :
  • Drafting legal documents (contracts, pleadings, briefs)
  • Filing and court procedures
  • Client liaison and communication
  • Legal research and case preparation
  • Diary and document management
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and formatting
