Qualifications

• Liaise with Accounts on budget performance and reforecasts.

Knowledge of the Standard System of Measuring Building Work

Ability to read and comprehend construction working drawings

Construction knowledge with 4 years post qualification experience

Strong command of the JBCC contract law

Ability to effectively manage subcontractors
