Job summary

JV Human Capital is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to ensure financial control of construction projects on site. You will take full responsibility for all QS functions and drive cost efficiency on-site.

Requirements include a completed ND in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years in building construction, plus duties covering subcontractor appointments, material management, and administration. This role reports to the Commercial Manager and offers negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• ND - Quantity Surveying completed with at least 3 years of building construction experience.
• Candidate must be able to take full responsibility for all QS functions on site.
• Experience in cost control and subcontractor appointments is preferred.
