Job summary

WSP Africa is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our Power & Energy PMO, supporting South African and international clients on large-scale projects.

You will manage costs, budgets and forecasts, administer contracts, monitor cost control, and contribute to tender evaluations across engineering, infrastructure, energy and utilities sectors. Flexible hybrid working model and inclusive culture await.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
• Experience on engineering, infrastructure, energy, utilities, or construction projects.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale power, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects supporting South African and International clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support project managers with commercial and financial reporting.
• Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and payment processes.
• Monitor project performance and cost control measures.
• Support procurement and tender evaluations.
• Contribute to successful delivery of complex power and energy projects.

What You'll Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.

• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Advantageous

• SACQSP registration.
• FIDIC and/or NEC contract experience.
