Job summary

WSP Africa seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Power & Energy PMO, delivering on large-scale power, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects for South African and international clients.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, minimum 5 years' experience, and strong cost management, contract administration and reporting capabilities. A hybrid work model is offered to support delivery across Africa.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
• Experience on engineering, infrastructure, energy, utilities, or construction projects.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support project managers with commercial and financial reporting.
• Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and payment processes.
• Monitor project performance and cost control measures.
• Support procurement and tender evaluations.
• Contribute to successful delivery of complex power and energy projects.
