Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a capable professional in Centurion, South Africa to support financial aspects of construction projects. The role includes estimating costs from architectural plans, monitoring budgets, and managing contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will identify risks, prepare detailed financial reports, and coordinate between clients, project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

• Contract administration: Preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Risk assessment: Identifying potential financial or construction risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Financial reporting: Preparing detailed progress reports and final accounts for clients and stakeholders.
• Liaison and communication: Acting as a link between clients, project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Procurement: Managing the tender process, including evaluating bids and awarding work to subcontractors.
