Job summary

GAP Consulting seeks a Quality Manager for the FMCG sector in Robertson, Western Cape. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience leading quality initiatives and a relevant degree, with strong ERP and HACCP/process-control knowledge.

The successful candidate will manage raw material quality, customer complaints, audits and inspections, and provide references and payslips when shortlisted. This on-site position requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quality Manager in FMCG.
• Degree in Food Science | Food Technology | Chemistry | Biotechnology or related field
• Proficient in ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process Control, HACCP, Raw Material Quality, Customer Complaints, Audits, Certifications & Inspections
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport
• Contactable references and payslips required
