Job summary

Unknown FMCG company in Gauteng seeks an accomplished QA Manager with a track record in leadership, quality systems and regulatory compliance across food manufacturing. You will drive CAPA, audits and customer interactions, while mentoring a high-performing Quality team.

The role targets senior professionals with at least 10 years in QA and 5+ years in senior management, leveraging expertise in FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in a QA role in the food manufacturing industry.
• 5+ years’ senior managerial experience.
• Strong experience with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, audits, customer complaints, CAPA, NCA and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in contract packing, co-manufacturing or FMCG highly advantageous.
• Experience managing customer technical relationships and customer audits.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, transform and develop Quality teams.
• Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Microbiology or related field.
