Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Quality Management or related field.
• South African citizen aged 18–35.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specific tasks within a work-stream/department, shadow staff members, participate in learning experiences, and attend meetings/workshops.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and urgency, and serve as a central contact point for supplier and end-user queries.
• Provide general administrative, research, and project support effectively and collaboratively.
• Produce quality work to help develop appropriate project solutions for clients.
