Transnet Engineering invites recent graduates to join a two-year Young Professional-in-Training programme designed to provide structured learning, shadowing, and exposure to supply chain, logistics, and operational functions.

Participants will undertake assigned tasks, engage with customers to understand needs, and provide administrative and project support while developing solutions for clients during this formative period.

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver specific tasks within a work-stream/department, shadow staff members, participate in learning experiences, and attend meetings/workshops
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and urgency, and serve as a central contact point for supplier and end-user queries
• Provide general administrative, research, and project support effectively and collaboratively
• Produce quality work to help develop appropriate project solutions for clients
