Job summary

VKB Milling is seeking a Quality Controller to assist the Quality Control Manager in maintaining food safety and quality across VKB Milling's maize and grain processes. You will monitor procedures, review specs, and ensure compliance with legislation.

The role requires Grade 12/NQF4, proven experience in a similar role, and proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and effective communication in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF 4 is required.
• Proven experience in a similar QA/quality role.
• Computer literacy especially MS Office.
• Food safety background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Continuous liaison with internal departments to ensure food safety and product quality.
• Keep up to date with legislative changes and implement relevant updates.
• Distribute and review documentation and product specifications for QA.
