Qualifications

• National Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of quality control experience in FMCG production.
• Proficiency with laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products according to established protocols.
• Analyze test results and report deviations to the QA Manager.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Document quality control activities, test results, observations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations within FMCG.

About the Role
