Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field.
• Minimum 4 years in quality assurance within food/beverage.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with QA software and laboratory equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA systems for food/beverage production.
• Audit facilities, processes, and documentation for compliance.
• Monitor quality data, identify trends, implement CAPA.
• Oversee product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory work.
• Investigate complaints and non-conformances, implement solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO and local regulations.
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare regular quality reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
