Job summary

Flexo Line Products (Pty) Ltd in Atlantis, Cape Town, is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to drive quality across the factory floor. You will lead daily interactions with production and quality teams to uphold stringent quality standards and Product Specifications.

The role requires implementing QC procedures, conducting regular audits (FSSC/BRC), and coaching staff to identify improvements. This is a full-time on-site position, with long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in GFSI recognized certification (FSSC, BRC etc).

Responsibilities

Flexo Line Products (Pty) Ltd is a plastic injection moulding company based in Atlantis, Cape Town. We manufacture a wide range of plastic products, including spice closures, educational toys, household storage items, domestic products, hardware goods, and plumbing components.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products produced meet the company's quality control standards. This is a full-time on-site role located in Atlantis Cape Town, and will involve coordinating with production and quality teams on a daily basis, creating and implementing quality control procedures, reviewing product specifications, conducting regular quality audits and ensuring adherence to Product Specifications. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing quality initiatives.

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who is comfortable working on the factory floor, managing people, solving problems and taking ownership of the overall operation.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, BSc or related field
• 3+ Years Experience in GFSI recognized certification (FSSC, BRC etc)

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge or experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices would be advantageous
