Job summary

King Price Insurance is seeking a quality assurance auditor to monitor and evaluate sales and non-sales calls according to scripts and established call quality standards.

The role involves daily internal audits, reporting, training staff, and identifying quality improvements for coaching and product enhancements, while maintaining strict confidentiality of client and company information.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent (essential).
• Knowledge of FAIS requirements and TCF.
• Report writing experience.
• Product training.
• Training and coaching skills.
• A minimum of 2 years in an insurance call centre environment.
