The purpose of this job is to assist in the coordination and execution of projects from quotation through to installation, ensuring the safety of all stakeholders, client satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality work with the agreed timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control professional with strong expertise in welding documentation, inspection coordination, and contractual compliance within project-based environments. Proven ability to implement efficient QC processes, manage third-party and NDT activities, and ensure full adherence to standards, codes, and client requirements. Experienced in overseeing fabrication documentation (PQR, WPS, WQR), calibration systems, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Recognized for driving continuous improvement, preventing non-conformities, and supporting successful project delivery through proactive quality leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a SAIW Level 2
Refinery experience compulsory
Limited Duration Contract based at Astron Refinery
