Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with industrial equipment procurement preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process for industrial equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Identify potential suppliers, evaluate capabilities, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Liaise with internal departments (Engineering, Maintenance) to understand equipment requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and expedite orders when necessary to prevent production delays.
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers and their performance records.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of critical spare parts.

About the Role
