Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced internal sales professional in Cape Town with strong pump industry knowledge. The role requires handling telephonic sales, quoting pump spares, and selecting appropriate pumps.

You will process and invoice incoming orders and liaise with the manufacturing facility to follow up on order status. Applicants should have at least 5 years in pumps or a similar industry, 2 years in internal sales, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Post grade 12; a technical diploma is an advantage.
• SAPMA Course would be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in pumps or a similar industry.
• Minimum 2 years in Internal Sales.
• MS Office proficiency.
• E1, JDE or SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Stock control experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic sales.
• Quoting of pump spares.
• Selection of pumps.
• Processing and invoicing of incoming orders.
• Liaising with the manufacturing facility to follow up on order status.
