Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, political science, economics, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, public administration, or related role within the public sector.
• Understanding of public sector operations, policy development, and service delivery mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of consulting projects for public sector clients, focusing on strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational development.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand public sector challenges and identify potential solutions.
• Assist in design and implementation of reforms aimed at improving service delivery and governance.
• Engage with public sector stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and build consensus.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and project teams.
• Contribute to development of proposals and business development efforts within the public sector practice.
