Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Admitted as an Attorney or Advocate in South Africa.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Knowledge of SA contract and general corporate law.
• Familiarity with legal research methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case law.
• Support compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Maintain organized legal records and databases.
• Assist in managing litigation processes under supervision.
• Provide administrative support for legal matters and correspondence.
