AHF South Africa is seeking a Provincial Medical Manager to oversee medical operations and clinical governance across the province, ensuring delivery of high-quality HIV/AIDS care. The PMM leads planning, budgeting, HR, and collaboration with prevention and M&E teams to improve outcomes.

The role requires a Medical Doctor with 5+ years in HIV/AIDS management and program administration, plus governance and quality assurance experience. Requires flexibility to cover multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be a Medical Doctor from a certified institution.
• Minimum five years medical/health service experience with HIV/AIDS knowledge.
• Five years or more of HIV/AIDS management and programme administration.
• Experience in clinical governance, planning and budgeting.
• Experience in quality management and assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical and clinical governance across the province.
• Lead planning, budgeting and HR for provincial medical operations.
• Collaborate with Prevention and M&E teams to align care and outreach.
• Provide on-site mentorship and supervise field staff.
• Ensure integrated TB/HIV and related services with a quality focus.
