Job summary

peopleworth is offering an internship to gain broad exposure to business operations across multiple settings, including admin coordination, property and rental portfolios, and digital systems work. The role involves client engagement, automation-enabled workflows, social media coordination, and monthly reporting, with local travel to properties and suppliers.

The intern will support communications, documentation, data preparation, and system setup while learning across varied business contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications across multiple businesses and manage email inquiries.
• Post and coordinate social media updates with leadership.
• Support daily operations of property and rental management portfolios.
• Assist with setup and testing of operational systems built around automation and AI capabilities.
• Prepare data, reports and basic analysis to inform decisions.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, invoicing, and process docs.
• Support monthly leadership reconciliations by gathering inputs and summarising data.
• Participate in planning sessions and improvement initiatives across varied environments.
