Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee high-end residential development projects from concept to handover. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and timelines.

The role requires deep experience in the high-end residential sector, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years’ experience in high-end residential property development.
• Only candidates with experience specifically within the high-end residential development industry will be considered.
• Experience managing full life-cycle residential development projects.
• Strong financial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully deliver full life-cycle residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with local development regulations, planning laws, and construction practices.
• Manage professional teams, contractors, and multiple residential development projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Good understanding of the full property development life cycle.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsible for managing high-end residential development projects from inception to completion, including land acquisition, financial structuring, design, construction, and final handover. The successful candidate will have strong project management, financial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
