Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Property Consultant to serve the Centurion community. You will provide expert advice and tailored solutions for buyers, sellers, and tenants, guiding them through the real estate process.

The role requires strong market knowledge, client relationship management, and ethical sales practices to help clients find their ideal home or investment in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Current NQF level 4 or PDE qualification and Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Proven experience in property sales or lettings, with a strong understanding of the Centurion market.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to perform accurate property valuations and provide insightful market analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver''s license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences in Centurion.
• Identify and present suitable properties that align with client needs and budget constraints.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and local amenities.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
• Assist clients with all stages of the transaction, from offer submission to finalising the deal.
• Maintain a professional and responsive line of communication with all stakeholders.
