• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within the property industry.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reconciliations.

• Perform bank reconciliations and bank allocations.
• Reconcile trial balances to general ledgers.
• Complete supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping functions.
• Ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
