Job summary

MPRTC is seeking a Property Analyst – Investment & Development (Stellenbosch) to evaluate acquisition, development and disposal opportunities through market research and financial feasibility, while supporting growth initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in property analysis or investment, strong Excel and reporting skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Investment, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years’ property analysis, investment or development experience.
• Property acquisition and development experience.
• Financial feasibility and investment analysis.
• Due diligence and property market research.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience preparing investment/deal reports and presentations.
• Sales and marketing of property assets – advantageous.
• Strong agent/broker relationship management.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
• Strong reporting, organisation and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
