Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment in Stellenbosch is seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns for residential property clients. The role emphasizes digital advertising, content creation and lead generation.

You will manage budgets, analyse campaign performance and build strong relationships with estate agents and sales partners to drive inquiries and conversions.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience, preferably within residential property.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Digital marketing experience – Google Ads, Meta and social media.
• Strong content creation and marketing material development skills.
• Lead generation, campaign performance and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.
• Strong relationships with estate agents and sales partners.
• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for residential property clients.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta and social media platforms.
• Create compelling marketing content and materials to support campaigns.
• Monitor lead generation, campaign performance and conversion tracking; optimise accordingly.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and sales partners.
