Qualifications

• A tertiary accounting or finance qualification is required.

• Experience with rental income, recoveries, and tenant billing is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the accounting function across multiple entities and properties.
• Perform month-end accruals and TB finalization.
• Conduct variance analysis and utility cost recoveries.
• Check tenant billing and adjustments.
• Review VAT and bank reconciliations.
• Help with monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with lease audits and arrears-related billing queries.
