Job summary

Alstom is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to partner with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams in a complex rail industry program. You will develop and maintain schedules, perform critical path analyses, and drive on-time delivery across tender and execution stages.

The role requires a strong background in project planning, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to work in an international environment, ensuring consistent schedule discipline and reporting.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Degree Planning Certification, if applicable.
• Knowledge of different scheduling tools.
• Project management and industrial background.
• E: minimum 4 years of experience in WCM domain.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedules for area based on WBS and contractual targets.
• Organize and lead periodic project schedule sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide timely schedule updates and highlight gaps versus baseline.
• Analyse schedule risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with regional planning, PXO and SIOP stakeholders during tender and execution phases.
