Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Project Operations Manager to lead and optimize the execution of multiple projects in Klerksdorp. You will oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in project operations or similar PM role.
• Strong understanding of PM principles and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and risk on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning and execution of multiple projects in Klerksdorp.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality specs.
• Coordinate resources including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress and report milestones.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
