About the Role

Our client, a progressive urban development firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead transformative redevelopment projects within Klerksdorp, North West . The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of diverse redevelopment initiatives, encompassing residential, commercial, and public infrastructure components. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of urban redevelopment projects from initial concept and feasibility studies through to construction and final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, municipal authorities, and community stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant planning, building, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee procurement processes, tender evaluations, and contract management.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among all project participants and report regularly on project status to senior management.
• Ensure projects meet community needs and contribute to the economic and social well-being of the area.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
