Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, with 3+ years in software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and related technologies.
• Hybrid work model experience in Benoni/Gauteng preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.

This role requires a strategic leader adept at managing cross-functional teams, defining project roadmaps, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for coordinating development efforts, managing stakeholder expectations, and mitigating risks throughout the development process. This hybrid position allows for a blend of in-office collaboration at our Benoni hub and remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage complex software development projects using Agile methodologies. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from conception through deployment and maintenance.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

Requirements
