Role Overview

As the Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and timeline. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive operational efficiency, and liaise directly with clients and internal stakeholders to uphold technical standards and client satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring sharp execution skills, engineering acumen, and a talent for people management and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular progress reports and project updates to the Managing Director.
• Lead and align project activities with the company’s strategic goals.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop, manage, and control project and departmental budgets.
• Coach, lead, and evaluate project team members; support their growth and development.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and key stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering design to meet technical and contractual specifications.
• Establish effective contract and procurement strategies with internal teams.
• Ensure effective negotiation and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor milestones, cost control, and change orders to mitigate project risks.
• Oversee quality control and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Deliver final project documentation and ensure smooth turnover to the client.
• Lead department performance management, workflow optimization, and structure reviews.
