Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead Operations Improvement initiatives. This hybrid role focuses on identifying and implementing enhancements across operational areas to boost efficiency, cut costs, and lift business performance.

You will partner with operational teams to analyze processes and manage improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in project management with a track record in process optimization and change management, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a strong focus on operational improvement or process engineering.
• Proven track record of analyzing business processes and implementing operational changes.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a hybrid environment.
