Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment & Business Case Ownership
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (resource‑loaded where required).
• Manage multi‑workstream delivery (IT, Operations, Change, Vendors).
• Integrate waterfall and agile delivery approaches where appropriate.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
• Maintain alignment across dependent projects and initiatives.
• Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Control change orders and commercial negotiations.
• Manage contract performance and service level compliance.
• Establish formal RAID framework.
• Operate as primary interface between Executive leadership and delivery teams.
• Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems (IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, Regulatory).

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, must have experience working on IT Projects
