What you will be doing

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive project plans coordinating technical personnel.
• Manage project resources, budget, and schedules effectively.
• Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, developing necessary mitigation strategies.
• Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal and external standards and regulations.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Remove team impediments, shield the team from external interruptions, and support the Product Owner with backlog management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and track/report on key Agile metrics (e.g., burn-down, velocity).
