Job summary

Office Beacon South Africa is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. You will coordinate across creative, media, reporting, and client-facing units to drive timely, high-quality campaigns.

Responsibilities include managing timelines with Monday.com, leading communications, onboarding clients, and organizing assets and reports for weekly updates and monthly recaps. Strong knowledge of Google/Meta platforms and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google and Facebook/Meta platforms.
• Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage project requirements and timelines using project management tools (Monday.com experience is advantageous)
• Lead project communications and roadmap planning across internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and triage communications to ensure effective responses and project continuity
• Support creative operations, including approvals, pre-production, and asset organization
• Oversee media operations such as campaign naming, audience organization, and campaign launches
• Coordinate reporting deliverables and ensure timely execution
• Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations, including weekly updates and monthly creative recaps
• Support client onboarding processes and keep deliverables on track
• Manage document and file organization using Google Drive and related tools
• Implement quality control procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Facilitate weekly scrum meetings and monitor project progress against key objectives
