Our client, based in Centurion, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Programme Office. The successful candidate will work in a technical engineering environment, supporting projects for both local and international customers.
Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating teams, stakeholders, risks, and project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree would be advantageous)
- MBA or PMP certification preferred
Minimum applicable experience (years)
- 5-7 years' experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
Required nature of experience
- Managing complex projects within the defence, aerospace, RF, microwave, or related engineering industries
- Delivering technical products and solutions within highly regulated, standards-driven, and quality-controlled environments
- Project experience delivering hardware products within an electronics-related field, particularly electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering
- Managing customer-facing projects, documentation, reporting, and deliverables
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
- Exposure to international customers, particularly European customers, is advantageous
