Job summary

Creative Leadership Solutions in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex defence and electronics projects from initiation to delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience managing complex projects in defence, aerospace, RF, microwave, or related engineering industries
• Experience delivering hardware products in electronics, electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering
• Exposure to international customers, particularly European customers is advantageous
• Experience delivering projects within highly regulated, standards-driven environments
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, documentation, reporting and deliverables
• Managing multiple projects concurrently

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential):

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree would be advantageous)
• MBA or PMP certification preferred

Minimum applicable experience (years):

• 5–7 years' experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects

Required nature of experience:

• Managing complex projects within the defence, aerospace, RF, microwave, or related engineering industries
• Delivering technical products and solutions within highly regulated, standards-driven, and quality-controlled environments
• Project experience delivering hardware products within an electronics-related field, particularly electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering
• Managing customer-facing projects, documentation, reporting, and deliverables
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
