Job summary

Communicate Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop comprehensive project plans and lead project activities for building services. You will forecast costs and liaise with clients and stakeholders, running project meetings to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in building services, 3+ years in a leadership role, and familiarity with critical infrastructure systems.

• PMP certificate is highly advantageous.
• Knowledgeable on SANS standards.
