Job summary

Hollywoodbets, based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, offers an exciting Project and Maintenance administrative role within the Purple Team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the Projects and Maintenance team and help secure cash in branches while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

You will coordinate quotations, issue order numbers, and assist with invoicing details.

Qualifications

• 1 year administration experience is required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with team members

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Projects and Maintenance team
• Coordinate, organize and monitor cash movement with alertness
• Receive quotations and issue order numbers
• Ensure tax invoices are correct and submitted for payment
• Follow up on payments and maintain expenditure sheets
• Update weekly Projects in Progress and Directors reports
• Book flights and accommodation as required
• Handle emails and maintenance requests
• Assist with costing of salaries and ESS leave submissions
• Adhoc tasks as required
