Job summary

Objective Personnel is seeking a disciplined engineer to lead the technical aspects of ongoing mining projects in Gauteng. You will manage multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring compliance with company specifications and requirements, and contribute to cost, schedule, and site work controls.

The role requires 2–5 years in mining and a strong grasp of grinding mill mechanics and equipment operation, with hands-on project management experience.

Qualifications

• Degree is required in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy.
• 2–5 years of mining industry experience with multidisciplinary engineering exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects assigned.
• Establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all project elements.
• Manage project cost, timing, scope, freight and site works; understand mechanical components of grinding mills and related equipment.
